No. The AI does not have the capability to alter, delete, or manipulate any existing data within your systems. All outputs generated by the AI are subject to human review and validation before any decisions or changes are implemented, ensuring that control and oversight remain entirely with your organization.

Who owns the intellectual property of AI-generated content?

Your data remains the exclusive property of your organization at all times. Matrix One and its suppliers do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in the data you provide, whether it is input data or output generated through our AI plugins. This ensures that all intellectual property created through the use of our AI tools continues to belong solely to your company.

How can we ensure that our organization’s information will not be used to train your AI?

Our AI solutions operate on AWS Bedrock, which adheres to strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) principles. This means that any information you provide — such as device descriptions or regulatory documentation — is processed exclusively for the purpose of generating the requested output. It is never stored, logged, or used to train underlying models. ZDR controls are implemented across our architecture to guarantee that your data remains private, compliant, and fully under your ownership at all times.

What information is used to train these AI agents? Is the data we submit stored, shared, or reused?

We do not train any models on customer data or public data. Our AI agents rely on pre-trained models from trusted providers, which process input data solely to generate the requested output under a zero data retention condition. As a result, your data is never stored, shared, reused, or incorporated into future model training.
