Matrix Req onboarding that gets your team working

Teams that already know an ALM tool are often productive within a few days. The onboarding sessions themselves usually run over a few weeks, and with a full data migration package most teams are up and running on Matrix Req in less than two months. How much data you bring, and how clean it is, makes the biggest difference.

Choose the first project you want in Matrix Req, gather the documents and exports you want to bring in, and decide who will administer the tool. That is enough for the first session.

The person who will administer Matrix Req should join every session. Bring the engineers and quality leads who will use it daily to the hands on and follow up sessions, since that is where the configuration gets adjusted to how they work.

Lite is for a team starting from a blank project: training, Q&A and risk configuration, with no data import. Basic adds help importing your Excel and Word files, customisation of the project structure, up to two risk configurations from marketplace templates, and some document customisation during onboarding.

Yes. The Premium package covers a full migration from Jama, Polarion, Jira, Excel and other legacy systems, and your trace links come across with the items.

Yes. Support covers help with supported versions of Matrix Req and how to use them until your subscription ends, through Matrix Mind, the in product ticket widget and email. Custom work is available as a separate consulting package. The details are in our support policy.
