Programme Terms

These terms govern participation in the Matrix One Referral Programme (the Programme). By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to any individual or company that refers a new prospective customer to Matrix One.
  • Matrix One employees, contractors, and existing reseller or agency partners are not eligible to participate.
  • The referred company must be a new prospect with no prior commercial relationship with Matrix One at the time of referral submission.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form at matrixone.health/referral before any initial contact is made between Matrix One and the referred company.

2. Referral reward

  • A cash reward of €500 will be paid to the referrer when the referred company signs their first paid contract with Matrix One.
  • The reward is paid per referred company, regardless of the number of products purchased.
  • Only one referral reward is payable per referred company. If multiple referrers submit the same company, the reward will be paid to the first verified submission.
  • Payment will be made within 30 days of the referred company signing their first contract, via bank transfer or another method agreed with Matrix One.

3. Referred company benefit

  • The referred company will receive one month free on their first Matrix One subscription, applied to any single product.
  • This benefit applies to new customers only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
  • The free month is applied automatically at the point of contract signing and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

4. Verification and eligibility review

  • Matrix One reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral before issuing a reward.
  • Matrix One reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and may decline to pay a reward if it has reason to believe the referral does not meet these terms.
  • If a referred company was already known to Matrix One at the time of submission, the referral will not be considered valid.

5. Programme changes

  • Matrix One may modify or discontinue the Programme at any time by updating these terms.
  • Any referrals submitted before a material change to the reward structure will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
