Combining an engineering foundation with a Masters in Management from Columbia University, she has built her career at the intersection of MedTech, digital health, and regulated product development. Her experience spans both global healthcare organizations and startups, where she has worked with hospitals, laboratories, clinical teams, IT teams, and engineers to support the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies. Throughout her career, she has operated at the crossroads of technology, customer engagement, and product strategy, helping organizations navigate complex product development and operational challenges. As an Account Manager at Matrix One, Carlie works closely with medical device companies to drive platform adoption and long-term success, helping teams optimize their development, quality management, and compliance processes.
