Having worked in the medical device industry herself, Lilarose is a Solution Consultant at Matrix One with firsthand understanding of the challenges regulated companies face. Her educational background is in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. She built her foundation in the medical device industry at a startup, where she was involved in drafting design requirements, risk analysis, testing, and regulatory submissions to the FDA, EU MDR, and PMDA. Driven by a commitment to improving patient care through better medical devices, she brings that product development experience to every customer engagement at Matrix One.
